VictoryPoint's Elders

While VictoryPoint is a staff-led ministry as it relates to the day-to-day operations of the church and implementing the vision and mission of VP, the Elders have the responsibility of general oversight of the ministry.  These men and women do this by:

  • Working closely with the Staff to see that VictoryPoint stays on mission and true to it’s Biblical calling.
  • Praying for those connected with the ministry and seeing to it that they are being appropriately shepherded.
  • Making sure that  body is being fed through insightful and accurate biblical teaching.
  • Being diligent in seeing that the  life of the church is being well-managed with the assistance of other competent and Godly leaders.  

 

Those who serve currently as Elders are: Tom Boss, Tom Buursma, Karl DeJonge, Betty Jo Haan, Brad Koning, Dan Schamper, Steve Rusticus, Chuck Terpstra, and Vicky VanderKolk.
