Attendees heard from panelists Alzo Slade, Negin Farsad and Adam Burke during the “Panel Questions” and “Bluff the Listener” segments, while members of the band Gwar made an appearance during the “Not My Job” segment. Chioke I’Anson, director of community media at the VPM + ICA Community Media Center, served as the show’s judge and scorekeeper.
Wait Wait… Don’t Tell Me! is NPR’s weekly hour-long quiz show where host Peter Sagal leads a rotating panel of comedians, listener contestants and celebrity guests through a rollicking review of the week’s news. Listeners can test their knowledge against some of the best and brightest in the news and entertainment world while figuring out what’s real news and what’s made up.
