Dr. Chitralekha Zutshi speaks about Kashmir’s history in a presentation to the World Affairs Council of Greater Richmond. This lecture will address the complex history and recent developments of the Kashmir dispute in the midst of tense India and Pakistan relations as well as a very diverse Kashmiri people.
Dr. Chitralekha Zutshi is a Professor of History at The College of William and Mary, where she teaches South Asian history.
