Mobile Soul Sunday kicks off Richmond's Black Restaurant Experience
Mobile Soul Sunday, a kickoff event for Richmond's Black Restaurant Experience, saw a huge crowd pack Monroe Park on Sunday for food, music, drinks and relaxation.
Now in its seventh year, the opening festival showcased cuisine from more than 20 food trucks.
