How Canadians along the border are feeling as trade talks collapse

President Trump’s new 50% tariff on about $20 billion worth of goods from Canada is in effect after trade talks collapsed late Friday. In response, Canada’s Prime Minister Mark Carney threatened retaliatory tariffs on U.S. imports.
