On behalf of VPM, Warren Whitney is conducting a search for a Director of Human Resources responsible for the development and monitoring of HR programs and practices to support and advance the goals of VPM’s strategic plan. This role is a trusted partner and advisor in all areas of HR including, but not limited to: employee relations and culture building, organizational structure and development, succession planning, compensation, training and development, employee recruitment and retention, diversity and affirmative action, and supervisory consulting. Along with an HR Assistant, this department is responsible for performing advanced, specialized and administrative duties in all areas of human resources and requires active, hands-on involvement in both day to day and long-term deliverables and other VPM projects, as needed. Reports to the President.
