Community Advisory Board Meetings:
The Community Advisory Board of VPM Media Corporation meets quarterly. The next Community Advisory Board meeting will be held at VPM's corporate offices at 23 Sesame Street, Richmond, Virginia. Please contact Mary Arritt at [email protected], if you would like to attend an upcoming meeting. At the discretion of the Chair of the Board, a portion of the meeting may be closed to consider matters related to proprietary business issues and personnel matters. (Review the Corporation's complete Open Meeting Policy.) Notice of planned Board Meetings and changes in meetings will be posted to this page. Below are confirmed future Board meeting dates:

  • October 29, 2024 at 4:30 p.m.

Board Meetings:

The Executive Committee of the VPM Board of Directors will meet Monday, December 2, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. The entirety of this meeting will be conducted in closed session to discuss proprietary business issues and personnel matters. (Review the Corporation's complete Open Meeting Policy.)

The Board of Directors of VPM Media Corporation meets quarterly at VPM’s corporate offices at 23 Sesame Street, North Chesterfield, Virginia 23235, unless otherwise stated. Due to the pandemic, for the foreseeable future, Board meetings will be held in a hybrid style. Please contact Sarah Payne at [email protected], if you would like to attend an upcoming Board meeting. At the discretion of the Chair of the Board, a portion of the meeting may be closed to consider matters related to proprietary business issues and personnel matters.
