Instructions: Complete the form below to submit your information to be a panelist on this series 2 weeks prior to the next Panel date (refer back to the email you received with this link for submission deadlines) .
- Read, sign and submit the Media Release Form (scan, PDF, or photo). Add to the Attachments section below.
- Complete the Technology Speed Assessment and submit your results. Save results as an image file and add to the Attachments section below.
- Include a head-shot photo (.jpg file is preferred) to the Attachments section below. If needed, enter a Photographer Credit in the Comments section.
In addition to on-going conversations with Karen Wells, we will also hold up to 5 meetings leading up to the panel discussion:
- A meet and greet with the moderator, Adrienne Cole Johnson
- A follow up meeting about content with moderator
- An initial technology meeting with the VPM production team.
- A follow-up technology meeting with the VPM production team.
- A dress rehearsal
Compensation:
Each panelist will receive a stipend of $200.00 from VPM upon completion of the panel discussion. Include a W-9 form in the Attachments section below.
Recording:
We are recording the discussion in Zoom Webinar and editing for Broadcast at a later date.
