Job description: Gary joined the Virginia Foundation for Public Media and VPM Media Corporation in May 2019. As their CFO, Gary is responsible for the organizations’ fiscal health, which includes accounting, financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, corporate operations, the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to the strategy and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve VFPM and VPM assets. He works closely with VFPM’s and VPM’s Boards to ensure integrity and accuracy in the organization’s accounting and finances.

Previous experience: Gary’s background includes experience in investment banking (financial advisory and underwriting); commercial banking; municipal debt restructuring, issuance and administration; governmental and non-profit administration; policy development; cash management; investments and financial reporting.
