March 10th is International Bagpipe Day and this year we had a special guest in the VPM Music studios. Chaz Stuart from the Virginia Arts Festival stopped by to demonstrate his bagpipes and play for us. Chaz will be performing in the Virginia International Tattoo that runs from April 30-May 3 at the Scope Arena in Norfolk.
