JAMinc presents the debut edition of "Page's Kitchen," featuring Texas-born blues rocker Delbert McClinton in the very first session recorded for the "Out O' The Blue Radio Revue" in May of 1989. Page's hand-picked house band was comprised of Mike Lucas/guitar, Cecil Hooker/fiddle and Jocko MacNelly/bass. The four-time Grammy winner recently announced his retirement from the road.

The 2nd half of the show spotlights a session recorded at the Floodzone Studio in Shockoe Bottom with Amy Ray and Emily Saliers, the Indigo Girls, who met in college and continue to have a highly successful career. Sandy Garfinkle joins them on harmonica in a session that dates from August of 1989.

Join us in "Page's Kitchen" Saturdays at noon and 8:00 p.m. on VPM Music.
