Dominion Energy spent $13,176,866 in the 2022-2023 campaign cycle, according to theVirginia Public Access Project. Clean Virginia rivaled that, spending $10,351,889 in the same period.
City Council OKs ‘Center of Hope’ partnership with Salvation Army
