Since her spring of 2019 appearance at In Your Ear, Nellie’s been all over the world making her own kind of music including a stop at Mountain Stage the night before our more recent concert. She’s starred on Broadway, been on all the big late night shows, on public radio’s E-Town and Marian McPartland’s Piano Jazz. Her music has been heard on TV shows like Mad Men, Weeds, and NCIS. And she’s a passionate animal-rights advocate, holding PETA’s Humanitarian Award. Trying to describe the magic she creates is a daunting task, so we’ll just let you hear her play and sing and be just generally charming.
