This weekend, the Richmond Ballet returns to the Carpenter Theatre stage presenting "Cinderella" with a score by Sergei Prokofiev. This production makes its Virginia premiere with choreography by Ben Stevenson. The acclaimed choreographer is best known to Richmond audiences for his "Dracula," which enjoyed a sold-out run last season.

Filled with humor and heart, Cinderella is the perfect Valentine’s Day treat for the entire family! I had the opportunity to sit down with Resident Conductor Erin Freeman for a preview of the production.
Performances are Friday evening (2/14) at 7pm, Saturday afternoon (2/15) at 2pm, Saturday evening at 7pm, and two performances Sunday afternoon (2/16) at 1:30pm and 5:30pm.
Yours in good music,
