JAMinc Presents: Coming Back Home

Coming Back Home concert
JAMinc

Presented in the Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen, this was much more than a concert…it was a loving theatrical tribute to the earthly music of the late John Denver played in his memory and that of Frank Fuller, the father of the three siblings who dreamt up the whole ambitious production. It was more than a year in making as much loved RVA mandolinist Chris Fuller, his actor brother David Bridgewater and his artist/teacher sister Kathy Guisewhite enlisted a team of Richmond visionaries like Erin Thomas, Tennessee Dixon and the kids from Freehorse Arts to create a memorable celebration of art, life and nature and the things that we all share and may often take for granted. We’ll not be able to share all the elegant imagery, poetry and choreography that the hundreds there that day witnessed…you’ll have to paint your own pictures. But by all means, savor and ponder the messages in the music, as performed by Frank Coleman, George Turman, Jackie Frost, Brad Tucker, Susan Greenbaum, Chris Fuller, Danny Hughes, Malcom Pulley and Chris Parker. Here’s David Bridgewater to open the door, as JAMinc Presents…Coming Back Home.
