The Richmond Symphony continues their Metro Series this weekend, led by Associate Conductor Hae Lee and featuring Assistant Principal Second Violin Jeannette Jang as the soloist. The program features two works by Franz Joseph Haydn, along with a contemporary work titled "Zoom!" by Shawn Okpebholo.

Jeannette joined me on "An Hour with the Richmond Symphony" to talk about her career, taking the stage as a soloist and the piece she'll perform (Haydn's Violin Concerto No. 1 in C major). Performances are Thursday evening (4/3) at 7:30pm in the Perkinson Center for the Arts & Education in Chester, Saturday evening (4/5) at 7:30pm at St. Christopher's School in Richmond and Sunday afternoon (4/6) at 3pm in Blackwell Auditorium at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland.

Yours in good music,
