President's Travel Ban Appealed in Richmond Court

President Donald Trump’s ban on travelers from predominantly Muslim countries is headed to a federal appeals court in Richmond this morning, January 28.

The U.S. Supreme Court upheld the ban in 2018, but civil rights groups have filed three more lawsuits challenging the policy.

Groups are rallying against the travel ban this morning outside the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in downtown Richmond.

We’ll have more coverage of this hearing later today.
