Ralph Northam announced a "phase two" reopening this Friday, a Confederate statue - owned by the United Daughters of the Confederacy - was removed in Alexandria a month earlier than the original planned date, and Liberty University alumni are calling on school president, Jerry Falwell Jr, to resign or apologize over racist statements.
