An overturned tractor-trailer brought Richmond traffic on Interstate 95 to a halt on Wednesday.
All northbound and southbound lanes near the Chamberlayne Avenue exit and the Belvedere Street overpass were closed as a result, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
