Richmond welcomes new citizens on Fourth of July

Seventy-five people from 37 different countries became citizens Tuesday at the Virginia Museum of History & Culture.

The new citizens were sworn in during the ceremony by Chief Judge Robert L. Gregory of the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, who administered the oath of allegiance on the 247th anniversary of America's independence.
