Obama Presidency Signals End Of Guantanamo

President-elect Obama has pledged to shut down Guantanamo Bay prison. Since Sept. 11, terrorism suspects have been held there for years without charges.

Legal experts Matthew Waxman and Glenn Sulmasy discuss the repercussions of closing Guantanamo.
