Is It Time To Move Past Outrage At AIG?

On Monday, President Obama promised to pursue "every single legal avenue" to block payments of bonuses to AIG executives.

In a short post for The Arena on, Columbia professor Charles W. Calomiris wrote that he believes the country must "put the national interest" above "desires to punish financial institutions."
