Ingredients
- Chicken thighs, deboned
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon ginger root
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Wash the chicken and pat it dry.
3. Marinate the chicken in the yogurt mix for 30 minutes
4. Grill the chicken on a charcoal grill until it's done, approximately 20 minutes. Check after 15 minutes.
