Palestinian children experience high rates of PTSD, depression from chronic violence

Years of research on kids in Palestine have found high rates of post-traumatic stress and depression as a result of being exposed to chronic ethnic-political violence. Studies have also documented more aggressive behaviors and a greater likelihood of participating in violent political protests as adolescents and young adults.
