Looking back on the expulsion of 2 Black Tennessee lawmakers

One year after two Black lawmakers in Tennessee were expelled from the legislature and later reinstated, how have lawmakers fared in the aftermath? We look at race relations and some laws that have passed in recent months, most notably a Republican-sponsored bill under consideration that would ban expelled lawmakers from returning.
