STEVE INSKEEP, HOST:
Good morning. I'm Steve Inskeep with advice on how to stop people from smoking. Some people try nicotine patches. Others try chewing gum. But what about people staring at you? Officials hope this move will make it a real drag to slip out for a drag. It's MORNING EDITION. Transcript provided by NPR, Copyright NPR.
