Geoffrey Holt, the caretaker of a mobile home park in Hinsdale, N.H., led a modest life. According to the Associated Press, he didn't own a car or a television or have much furniture in the mobile home where he lived. But what he did have was millions of dollars. It turns out, he was a shrewd investor. He died last June, but Hinsdale officials have learned that he left his entire estate - $3.8 million - to the town. Caretaker, indeed.
