Responders found the plane in 3 different parts

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said responders have located both of the aircraft involved in the collision.

The fuselage of the American Eagle plane was found "inverted," and in "three different sections," he said, adding that it is in about "waist-deep water."

Recovery efforts will continue today, he said, and the National Transportation Safety Board will start analyzing the debris as part of its investigation.
