VPM 2028 Strategic Plan
The VPM 2028 Strategic Plan is a five-year roadmap for the next phase of our evolution as a local storyteller. This plan puts the VPM audience at the center of our work and prioritizes community impact, with an ambitious goal of growing and strengthening relationships and doubling individual giving revenue.
The VPM 2028 Strategic Plan was informed by data, research and valuable input from the staff, the VPM Board and the Community Advisory Board. Together, we have developed a plan to ensure VPM’s continued growth, success and impact.
