In the 1950’s, America loved baseball. Life was simple and the friendships that were forged lasted a lifetime. For young boys, many of those friendships were fostered on the baseball field.
Sandlot baseball was a favorite past-time, and for two groups of kids from Stanley, Virginia, that past-time would reunite them 60 years later and take them on an incredible journey.
