Check the status of my VPM Passport account
The Passport Lookup Tool can help you quickly find the status of your VPM Passport membership benefit. Simply enter your contact email address that you provided to your station and click the green "Find Member" button to search for your account.
Password/Email Reset
Here is a guide to resetting your password if you’ve forgotten it. If that doesn't work, you can check that you are using the correct email address. You can go here for detailed instructions on making sure you are using the correct email to login.
1. Open the Passport Reset Tool
2. Log in with your PBS Passport account
3. You will receive updated login information for your new email and password.
