A charcuterie board is a simple display of meats, cheeses and other items such as nuts, mustards, jams, dried fruits, and bread or crackers. You can add olives or pickles if you’d like, or add any munchie that you choose to build a little taste of deliciousness.

Tassie from “ Un-Wine’d,” which airs Saturdays at 1:00 p.m. on VPM PBS, uses the following items for her board:

  • 3 assorted cheese wedges
  • 1 ¼ lbs assorted Italian-style meats
  • Dried apricots
  • Dried cherries
  • Olives
  • Almonds
  • Jam
  • Deli mustard
  • Crackers
