How to make coconut panna cotta with mango

What You’ll Need:
- 1 package gelatin
- 2 T. water
- 2 cans coconut milk
- ⅓ c. sugar
- ½ t. Vanilla
- Fresh mango, seeded, peeled, and chopped
Step 1: In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the 2T. Water and stir. Allow to sit for a few minutes.
Step 2: In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla. When all the sugar has dissolved and is no longer crystalline, remove from the heat stir in the gelatin and whisk until dissolved. Pour into creme brulee dishes and chill. Top with fresh mango.
