What You’ll Need:
Burgers:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- ½ t. Garlic powder
- ½ t. Onion powder
- ½ t. Sait
- ½ t. Pepper
Pimento Cheese:
- 1 ½ c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded pepper jack cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ c. chopped roasted red bell pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
Step 1: For the burgers, mix the ingredients together and divide into desired burger size. Pat out and grill until done. Top the burgers with a dollop of pimento cheese and serve on a bun.
Step 2: For the pimento cheese, mix together all the ingredients until well blended. Serve with burgers. Refrigerate remaining pimento cheese.
