Composer Morten Lauridsen has gained international recognition for his choral music. Lauridsen’s works have been recorded on more than 200 CDs, five of which have received Grammy Award nominations. On his 75th birthday this year, the Chamber Choir of Europe recorded Lauridsen’s landmark compositions, including two world premiere recordings, in close collaboration with the composer himself.
