Pianist Orion Weiss recently performed in Richmond with the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center. He’s back in town this weekend, as the soloist for Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5, known as the "Emperor" concerto, with the Richmond Symphony. Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 5 is also on the program.
Orion visited our WCVE Music studios and sat down with me to talk about his life as a concert pianist and this weekend's concerts.
