Rosette is a Richmond-based string quartet that has been creating unique concert experiences for audiences since 2015. Their performance style features an informal approach to music making. During their concerts, each member of the quartet speaks about the music, offering their own thoughts and unique personality.
The ensemble has launched a new concert series titled "So Hot Right Now," in order to highlight the work of contemporary classical composers. During the month of October, Rosette will highlight the music of Caroline Shaw by performing the same program eight times in eight different venues. Some events are free, while others are ticketed.
