The Richmond Symphony will be presenting "Ravishing Rachmaninoff" in the Carpenter Theatre at Dominion Energy Center the weekend of February 26th and 27th. Performances will be held Saturday evening at 8pm and Sunday afternoon at 3pm. I will be hosting pre-concert talks one hour before each concert.
The program includes the Piano Concerto No. 2 by Sergei Rachmaninoff and the Symphony No. 5 by Dmitri Shostakovich. Listen in as I preview the concert with Music Director Valentina Peleggi and guest soloist George Li.
