Richmond Coliseum Redevelopment Commission To Host Four Public Hearings

Richmond residents will have the opportunity to provide feedback about the proposed Coliseum redevelopment in December.

City Council set up the Navy Hill Development Advisory Commission earlier this year to vet the $1.5 billion deal. The plan includes roughly $300 million in public bonds for a new downtown arena, and more $1 billion in private apartments, shops and office space in the surrounding Navy Hill neighborhood. The commission will hold four public hearings on the project throughout the city next month.
