Fillmore Place under investigation over missing stimulus checks

Adult Protective Services is investigating a Petersburg assisted living facility after residents reported never receiving federal stimulus money, according to The Progress-Index. A handful of Fillmore Place residents told the newspaper that they hadn’t received their stimulus checks in an investigation published last month.
The deadly emerald ash borer continues to invade Virginia trees
