Israeli Military Says Ground Forces Entering Gaza

The Israeli military confirms that its ground forces have entered the Southern Gaza strip. Palestinian security officials say that Israeli troops are taking up position near the town of Rafah. They say an airstrike on a power station has cut electricity in most of Gaza. Forces have massed along the border since Sunday when militants attacked a border post.
