1. FRIDAY FOR THE ARTS - VIRTUAL EXHIBIT

Friday for the Arts, Petersburg’s premiere art walk, offers their June exhibit virtually. Check out the latest works from local artists! Friday for the Arts is presented by the Petersburg Area Art League.
2. EVERGREEN CEMETERY RECORD TRANSCRIPTION

EnRichmond seeks volunteers for several remote opportunities to assist with much-needed research at East End & Evergreen Cemeteries. Your service helps end the cycle of neglect at the two cemeteries and preserve Richmond’s African American history. 3. SOCIALLY-DISTANCED PROKOFIEV’S FLUTE SONATA

The Garth Newel Music Center presents a YouTube Premiere: Socially Distanced Prokofiev’s Flute Sonata in D, Op. 94 - Scherzo, by Sergei Prokofiev, with Conor Nelson on flute and Jeannette Fang on piano.
4. ONLINE JAZZ WITH KYLE KELLEY

Mondays in June, 7pm
RVA Swing brings special guest Kyle Kelley for their June jazz series featuring her original choreography to Candy Jacket Jazz Band's "Don't Trip." Classes are taught via Zoom, with pre-recorded learn-at-home videos for those who prefer to learn at their own pace. This all-levels class is offered on a sliding-scale "pay what you can model" so that everyone can keep learning during this challenging time. Registration is required.
5. STRONG SONGS BENEFITING HOME AGAIN

BJ Kocen will perform tunes by some of his favorite female artists and streamed live from the Glave Kocen Gallery to benefit Home Again and their program seeking emergency shelter for families and single women.
6. TWEEN COMICS CLUB

Henrico County Library invites tweens to join in an online comic book discussion with HCPL's Tween Librarian, Felix. All the titles are available on Hoopla - that means no holds or waiting periods! This reading group meets every other Wednesday at 6pm, and on June 10th they will discuss Invisible Emmie by Terri Libenson.
7. MOVIE MYTHBUSTING: SUFFRAGETTE
History/Film

The Virginia Museum of History and Culture busts historical myths in the fan-favorite historical film, Suffragette. To participate, register for this free event, watch the film in advance, then log into the interactive Zoom presentation where museum educators will chat about what’s true, what’s not, and make some interesting connections to the VMHC collection.
8. SHOCKOE SESSIONS LIVE!

In Your Ear Studios introduces The Shockoe Sessions Live on Facebook with special guest Michael Lille, singer-songwriter and guitarist with a special connection to the Richmond music scene. Join Reese Williams, Whitney Asher as your hosts, and "the Gallery", for the first of many LIVE WEEKLY performances.

Strap on your sneakers, hop on a bike, or cruise in your car (keeping social distancing guidelines), while you map out your own tour of over 100 RVA murals and street art using this Google Map.
