Bleu cheese and Nektar make an amazing pairing

This easy-to-make Honey and Walnut Blue Cheese board pairs well with a Nektar dessert wine and appears in Un-Wine’d, which airs Saturdays on VPM PBS.

What You’ll Need:


  • 5 ounce package of a quality bleu cheese
  • 5 T. honey
  • ½ c. toasted walnuts

Directions:

Divide the cheese into 4 portions and place each on a dessert plate. Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon of honey and a sprinkle of walnuts.
