This is a lovely sauce that goes perfectly over a red meat and pairs well with Silver Hand Meadery's All The Blues mead

What You’ll Need:
- 4 c. blueberries
- ½ c. apple cider vinegar
- ¼ c. ketchup
- ¼ c. brown sugar
- 1 T. molasses or honey
- 1 t. Salt
- 1 t. Ancho chili powder
- ¼ t. Cinnamon
- ¼ t. Allspice
Directions:
Step 1:Place all the ingredients into a medium saucepan and stir together. Cook over medium-high heat until the blueberries begin to burst. Lower the temperature to medium-low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes stirring frequently to prevent burning.
Step 2: Serve on Steak or burgers.
