VPM, Virginia’s home for public media, announced that it will soon begin building a new headquarters in Downtown Richmond. The Richmond-based media organization will build a new, state-of-the-art headquarters on E. Broad Street in Historic Monroe Ward in the heart of downtown Richmond.
