City Council offers suggestions on Richmond 300 plan

At the end of 2020, Richmond City Council approved its master plan for the city’s development, called “Richmond 300.” While the plan has earned a prestigious planning award and been credited for its community engagement process, councilmembers and the public still have reservations.
Withholding student transcripts would be limited by new legislation

Legislation advanced this week to require universities to release academic transcripts to students in specific situations. Now, it heads to the Senate education committee for further consideration.
