What You’ll Need:
- 1 pizza dough ball
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces pepperoni
- 4 ounces chopped ham
- 6 slices bacon, fried to crisp and crumbled
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- ½ red onion, diced
- 1 small can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- ½ c. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 c. marinara sauce
- ½ c. freshly grated parmesan
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 475 degrees
Step 2: Lightly grease a deep-dish pizza pan or a pie plate. Roll the pizza dough to fit the pizza pan across the bottom and up the sides. Sprinkle the bottom of the crust with 1 c. mozzarella then layer in the pepperoni, ham, bacon, red pepper, onion, mushrooms, and broccoli sprinkling cheese between each addition. Top with sauce and remaining mozzarella. Top with parmesan.
Step 3: Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until all ingredients are cooked and the crust in browned.
Step 4: Rest 10 minutes before cutting.
