“But men are so serious. Why? Why violence? Why hatred? Why war? If people want to make war, they should make a colour war, and paint each other’s city up during the night in pinks and greens.” ~Yoko Ono
As the leaves paint new colors on RVA’s landscape, colors erupt in our city’s gardens, on canvas, through music, and with words. The weather is markedly cooler, the days are a little busier, and we have an eye for the holidays. But before we step into the winter season, make space for autumn’s temperate days and special hues. Enjoy your favorite expression of the season – or discover something new. There’s plenty of opportunity for both this fall!

It smells overwhelmingly of sulfur from explosions representing a fierce sea storm.
