The Richmond Concert Chorale will be presenting their spring concert in collaboration with RVA Baroque this Sunday afternoon, April 14th at 3pm at Saint Benedict Catholic Church in Richmond. The program is titled "Songs of Sorrow and Salvation" and will feature music by French Baroque composer Jean Gilles and 20th-century Argentinian composer Alberto Ginastera.
Director of Music for the ensemble Ryan Tibbetts joined me to tell us more about the repertoire. The concert is free to attend, with a free will offering to support the church's music programming.
