Cellist Julian Schwarz is in Richmond this weekend to perform with the Richmond Symphony on their Altria Masterworks 5 program. He'll be playing the Rococo Variations by Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky, as part of a concert conducted by Laura Jackson.
Julian stopped by our VPM studios for a chat about this weekend's performances. His father is the famed conductor Gerard Schwarz, and we talked about his upbringing in a very musical family.
